Chef | Yoshiyuki Matsuda
The chef Yoshiyuki Matsuda, who has been awarded the title of "Contemporary Craftsman", embarks into an encounter between Ujicha and French cuisine.
From tea aperitifs to the final desserts, every dish is made with Ujicha, creating a French menu that brings out the best of tea.

We also have special tea-based cocktails supervised by our senior sommelier, who focuses on the “enjoyment of tea” as a concept. They offer brand-new flavors, as the tea is extracted with liquor.
